There's a new chipboard in town from the Dusty Attic company and it comes all the way from Australia! It is an amazing laser cut chipboard. Some of their designs are very detailed and so beautiful! You can paint it, ink it, Glimmer Mist it, emboss it, dry emboss it, glitter it, foil it, distress it, stamp it, use your markers, mica powders, or stickles on it. There really is no end to what you can do to these great pieces of chipboard to add that "something special" to your projects. These are a great way to turn a really good photo into an amazing layout or framed piece of art that showcases that photo and the memory.
Take a look at a few of the pieces in stock right now:
Here is a look at a layout I did using the small vine. I used Distress Inks (Vintage Photo and Peeled Paint) to color the chipboard. It's a very soft, subtle look with the inks, but just what I needed for this project.
You really need to come see this stuff, they are little works of art all on their own, just waiting for you to put your touch of creativity on them!
Also new this week are the Le Blanche stamps. These are a new and unique type of stamp from Germany. They are a silicone stamp with a thick dense foam mount that helps give you a more even impression. The images are highly detailed and oh so beautiful. Take a look at a couple that are in the store now:
There's more, so come take a look...but hurry, because their beauty is irresistible and they are going fast!
The Glimmer Mists are finally in! Lots of luscious colors and all that glimmery goodness! New lower pricing...they were $7.49 a bottle and are now $6.99. Along with the Glimmer Mist there are also some Chalkboard Sprays, Glimmer Glam and Glimmer Glaze.
More colors of Distress Stains are in, too, so come check it all out.
I guess that's enough for now, don't want to overload you all. :o) But stay tuned....I've got some fun announcements coming this week!!
