Tuesday's Layout Class ***Correction*** and more

I should have paid closer attention with this class, since I seemed to have trouble keeping these two collections apart.
I posted last week that the class coming up on Tuesday, August 21st was "Hello Summer" from Echo Park. Well, it's not. We already did that class. It is supposed to be "Hello Sunshine" from Bo Bunny. (no more summer, just sunshine) I didn't realize my mistake until the paper came in and I was looking at the paper and looking at the layouts that Chelsea made for the class...and the papers weren't the same! I made some quick calls yesterday and the correct paper is on it's way and will be here for class on Tuesday...and here is the correct information for the class. I am very sorry for any confusion I caused!

The Playground will be open late for the occasion, so you won't have to miss out on the fun if you have to work all day. There will be door prizes every hour, refreshments all day, and lots of playing going on in the classroom. The Make & Take is a completed card, but you are invited to do some playing with a fun technique...be ready to ask "what if I do this or try that"....you never know what you might discover! 

Sticky Back Canvas Technique Class

This is going to be a really fun class! It is being taught by the very talented Tamra Beaton. I'm so excited to have Tami teaching and sharing all of her wonderful ideas. 

You will be making these 3 cards, each a different technique using Sticky Back Canvas.

Perfect for any outdoor fun your little guys have had this summer. They would also work for your big boys and their big boy toys, too.

The minute I first read that quote, I knew that was how I wanted my life to be. 

Last year, my husband and I jumped in with both feet.

And what a ride this last year has been!

It has been the most crazy, amazing, and scary year of my entire life . So far. 

I can honestly say I have absolutely NO regrets. It's been a good year. Lots of learning, growing and things to be thankful for.

I want to say Thank You to my awesome customers! There have been so many kind and supportive people that have come into my life this year. I couldn't have done it without you!! I  so appreciate the kind words, the cheering me on, and the honesty when I needed it most. I appreciate the suggestions and ideas. I appreciate your companionship. And I appreciate your business. Really, I couldn't have done it without you.

I originally planned to celebrate this milestone today, August 1st, because I have a piece of paper that says today was the day I became owner. But it just felt a little odd. I really wasn't here last year at this time. We hadn't closed on our house, and it was Rally time, so finding a hotel or short term apartment was impossible those first two weeks in August. I don't feel like I had officially taken over my role as store owner until August 15th.  So that's when we are going to celebrate. I'll post more as the time gets closer.
